BBM's party officials read 'Kingmaker'

WHEN old friends meet, what do they talk about?

The executives of President Marcos’ Partido Federal ng Pilipinas and his May 2022 election spokesman and chief campaign strategist, lawyer Vic Rodriguez, talked about the last presidential elections. What else?

So, when Rodriguez published the book, “Kingmaker, The Hardcopy”, his personal behind-the-scenes account of the 2022 campaign and elections, BBM’s party officials each rushed to buy a copy.

(PFP carried Marcos in the 2022 elections, when no party was willing to make him as its standard bearer.)

They met with Rodriguez, asked him to sign their copies of the book, at a restaurant somewhere in Ortigas Center where they gladly shared notes and validated the book’s narrative, last Tuesday.

They were all there. From left: Alexander Agustin, Arnel Coronel, Ed Chiong, Rodriguez, Assam Ulangkaya, Jun Gonzales, Jassam Ulangkaya.

“Kingmaker” is available in Popular Bookstore on Tomas Morato Avenue in Quezon City, Solidaridad in Ermita, Baybayin Bookshop in Pasig, and in all Fully Booked stores nationwide.
